How it works
Setting up your casino
We can set up your tables at whatever time best works for you and your event. Whether that be before it begins and guests have arrived so everything is ready and waiting for them, or later on to add the buzz of seeing the tables set up or because the room is perhaps still in use, we will always do our best to work around you.
Once everything is ready to go either we or your chosen representative will hand out the ‘fun money’ to the guests (depending on package) which they can then exchange for their chips at the tables.
When your casino starts
All your guests have to do is approach their chosen table or game and ask the croupier to exchange their ‘money’ for casino chips. If they aren’t sure how to play, our croupiers will be more than happy to help and instruct them. If the table is quiet they may even be able to offer a quick demonstration.
And then the fun begins!
If at any point your guests would like to take a break or try their luck at a different table, they simply ‘cash in’ their chips for a credit slip. This can then be exchanged at a different table for the equal amount of chips, or if your guests think it is enough to crown them ‘High Roller’ at the end of the evening, then they simply hand it back to a croupier with their name on for counting.
To finish your casino
Ten or fifteen minutes from the end of casino time our croupiers will call the last three hands or spins. All players will then ‘cash in’ with their names and our croupiers will determine the winner(s). The host, or DJ if you prefer, can then make an announcement and any prizes offered will be awarded to the winner(s). We supply various prizes for the winner (and second/third place dependent on package chosen) including certificates, trophies and bottles of champagne, however you can put forward your own or multiple prizes if you wish. Perhaps one for the ladies and one for the gentlemen? Alternatively your guests can just play for fun, to see who can outclass their friends and have the prestige of ‘beating the house’, if you prefer.
Our staff will then discreetly dismantle the purpose built tables and, if possible, remove them being ever mindful of yours and your guests’ safety and enjoyment. If it is not possible for the tables to be removed at that time, perhaps because the event is still ongoing and too much disruption may be caused, then our staff will dismantle them and store them safely and neatly so as not to cause any incident, and they will be removed once the event has finished.
