As the CORONAVIRUS (COVID19, COVID-19) situation evolves,
the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff members is our number one priority and you can be assured that health and safety and cleanliness has our complete attention.

We REMAIN OPEN and all of our events are taking place as normal, should this change, we will communicate details to all of our customers and staff.

The only change to any event will be a restriction on the use of MICROPHONES if you require a Microphone for speeches or announcements you will be required to hire one microphone per person to eliminate risk to our staff and your guests. 

ALL MICROPHONES WILL BE CLEANED WITH THE APPROPRIATE CLEANING SOLUTION BEFORE AND AFTER EACH EVENT.

KARAOKE events will only take place if you have filled out a disclaimer, stating that you wish for the event to continue with karaoke and you are aware of the risks involved. 
f you wish to have karaoke taken off your event this is ok but
please call us on 01543211480 to let us know.

WE WILL NOT CANCEL ANY EVENTS, if you chose to move your event then we work with you the as best as we can to accommodate your new date. If your VENUE or the
UK GOVERNMENT, cancel your event please contact us to discuss your options
and we will do our utmost to facilitate you.

We are closely monitoring the situation and following advice from the Department of Health and Social Care and Public Health England. All visitors and staff are being asked to follow the current guidelines on maintaining personal hygiene.

Is my event still going ahead?
YES, unless there has been an announcement from your venue stating otherwise, events are going ahead as planned.

Is it safe to come to an event?
YES, the latest advice from the UK Government is that most people can still go to work, school and other public places. We will continue to review our policies and procedures in line with updated health advice and guidance. Which at the moment is recommending the use of tissues if you sneeze or cough and regular hand washing.
 
What are you doing to prevent the spread of Coronavirus?
We are keeping up to date with the latest information and advice from the government. Our staff has been briefed in accordance with current advice, and procedures have been put in place to respond to any concerns. We also have a rigorous cleaning schedule in place to help ensure our equipment is a safe and germ-free.

What should I do if my venue cancels my event because of Coronavirus?
If your event is canceled by your venue, please contact us to discuss your options
and we will do our utmost to facilitate you.
